Truth of Feminist Propaganda Movie Gunjan Saxena

News

Gunjan Saxena is a new movie produced by Karan Johor’s Dharma Production on Netflix. The movie features Janhvi Kapoor ( daughter of Boney Kapoor and Sridevi ) as Gunjan Saxena in the lead role, Pankaj Tripathi ( of Sacred Games fame), Angad Bedi, Manav Vij etc. Now why we are even talking about this movie? Because it is a classic example of how fake feminist, anti-India and misandry narrative is promoted. The movie is about a real life character Gunjan Saxena who was a helicopter pilot in the Indian Army and served during the Kargil war. Let me first tell you what the movie shows and then I will show you by comparing the truth.

The movie starts with the kid character of Gunjan Saxena who dreams of flying a helicopter but her brother tells its not a women’s job. But the father admonish the son asking who is teaching all these to him and if the helicopter does not have any issue if the pilot is a women or men then why does he have a issue. A brother may be protective of his sister but will hardly stop her to fulfill are aim in life. Then she joins the Army. Here the flight instructor, flight commander, colleagues all shown as sexist, misogynist and discriminatory. It was shown her flights were cancelled just because she was a women. The message the movie was trying to convey all the time is that women are suppressed in the Indian Army, Indian society and India as a whole. Radical feminists have been building such anti India and misandry narrative for a long time but what Indian women have not realized or not realizing is that it is also harmful for them. This portrayal of perpetual victim hood of women is very dangerous and harmful to them. It was also trying to show that male officers were not able to stomach that a women pilot has come. The truth is far from that.

1999, The war of Kargil comes. During a rescue mission, there were no pilots and then she had to sent along with the flight commander. The flight commander’s helicopter gets hit and on hearing this the control room asks her to retreat telling she will not be able to accomplish it. However, she carries on. In the process killing enemy and saving the Indian Army jawans and the flight commander. So can a women do? Absolutely. We believe man and women are equal. Do we have any issues? No. But what they were trying to portray? The movie tries to show that a women in spite of whatever happened to her will came and save you. This goes in sync with the feminist campaign that All Men are EVIL and BELIEVE ALL WOMEN!! The truth is known to public but multi billion dollar funding to feminists and resulting motivated campaigns has led to a tainted glass of feminism through which we started to see these issues.

Now the truth from the real Gunjan Saxena. She said she was lucky to have the support of family and IAF (Indian Air Force).

Dear Makers Of ‘Gunjan Saxena’, You Cannot Peddle Lies In The Name Of Creative Freedom. She said “Quite naturally, Gunjan’s erstwhile flight commander is extremely peeved at being portrayed so negatively and so far from the truth. I can vouch for it.

Bollywood has been doing fake narratives and loose talks for a long time. They built very harmful narrative like Mard ko Dard Nahi Hota for the sake of their masala movies. Dharma Production or the people behind them may hardly believe in feminist cause or do anything worth while for real cause of women. But they would peddle fake narratives of feminism as there is money to be made and it suits the clothing of political correctness.

Indian Express published an article saying during Kargil war Gunjan Saxena was asked to fly in combat and she agreed. This is very misleading. In the army, when during combat someone is asked for a task is there any scope of saying no!! But what this article tried to peddle is the feminist concept of consent. So if she does not agree? what will happen with the war effort?

Swarajya wrote Real life Gunjan Saxena says she got equal opportunities in IAF and was supported by Seniors and fellow officers.

Indian Air Force wrote a letter to CBFC  (Central Board of Film Certification), Dharma Productions and Netflix protesting against the inaccurate representation of gender discrimination in the Air Forces as portrayed in the movie.

Opindia says, according to an official privy to the details, before the release of the movie, the Indian Air Force had requested Dharma Productions to modify or delete the objectionable scenes. However, no such action was taken by the Karan Johar-owned production house.

It is also pertinent to note that the letter by the IAF was written after the Defence Ministry’s letter to the CBFC last month, raising objections to the depiction of armed personnel in some web series.

Hindustan Times says NCW (National Commission of Women) chief Rekha Sharma demands filmmakers discontinue screening Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl.

Why just demand, you can take suo moto cognizance and take action. At the drop of a hat in matrimonial issues NCW issues notices. Here a real life women’s story who served in India’s defense has been twisted to give it a feminist colour and masala so that it can suit their stand of political correctness and sell more.

That Gunjan Saxena – the movie is a blatant lie should be beyond doubt now. The question is why India allows people to create fake narratives which becomes extremely harmful in the long run. We have high regard for the real Gunjan Saxena who served in Indian Air Force and served India with courage. Most important this movie is out and out anti men.

Men in all sections of society should raise their voice in protest and boycott such movies. Its time to put a cost on fake narrative creators.
